The Civil Hospital of Guadalajara "Fray Antonio Alcalde" , formerly known as Hospital of San Miguel de Belen , is a health institution that operates in the city of Guadalajara , Mexico , from the late eighteenth century to the present. It provides inexpensive tertiary medical care. It is an autonomous public body and serves as a teaching hospital of the University of Guadalajara .
